Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after the order is confirmed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Please allow additional days for delivery if we are experiencing high volume of orders. If your order is affected by the delay in shipment, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is not available at this time

Delivery delays may occur. USPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, so please do not include these days when calculating the delivery time.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

Hidden Elevation ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Hidden Elevation is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If applicable, sales tax rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Lost & Damaged Shipments

Hidden Elevation is not liable for any damaged or lost products during shipping.

Please confirm the shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Wrong or partial addresses could result in delays or lost shipments.

Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim if your order is damaged when received. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please email us at billingsupport@hiddenelevation.com and notify us about the situation.
