*DUE TO COVID-19, we are unable to process exchanges at this time. We are unable to process returns and refunds for specific products for safety reasons. We apologize for this inconvenience. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS FOR OPENED AND USED PRODUCTS. Stay safe everyone!

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel an order, you must submit a claim to billingsupport@hiddenelevation.com and request a cancellation. If you submit a claim AFTER the order has been shipped, you will need to follow the return policy.

Returns

Please check your shipment from Hidden Elevation carefully upon arrival. If you received a product from us and would like to return the product UNOPENED AND UNUSED, please submit a claim. All claims for unopened, unused products must be made within 7 days after receiving the product(s) by emailing us at billingsupport@hiddenelevation.com.

Please provide a detailed information (including images) for any product damaged during shipping within the specified time frame. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from Hidden Elevation. For products purchased at other retailers or websites, please contact the vendor.

IF your return request is APPROVED, we will send you the return labels needed for the product via email. When you receive the return labels, you should also receive a RMA number for the package. PLEASE SAVE THE RMA NUMBER. Once you receive the return labels, please follow the Refund policy and the Shipping Cost policy.

*Reminder: Hidden Elevation WILL NOT accept OPENED or USED product(s). We also DO NOT offer a money back guarantee.

Refunds

*Refunds can only be accepted if the product is purchased directly from Hidden Elevation. Please submit this request by writing to billingsupport@hiddenelevation.com.

Once we receive your item and inspect the product, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Cost

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the returned product(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

*IF we make a mistake or error when fulfilling your order, we will take responsibility for the return shipping cost.

To summarize:

  1. Email billingsupport@hiddenelevation.com to notify us that you wish to return your unopened, unused product(s) within 7 days after receiving your order.
  2. If your return quest is approved, we will send you the return labels for the product(s) via email. PLEASE SAVE THE RMA NUMBER.
  3. If approved, we will issue a refund for the unopened, unused product and send a confirmation via email once we receive the package and confirm its condition.
