- Before your first use, insert the canister into the inhaler.
- Remove the protective cover from the mouthpiece.
- Shake the inhaler for 5 seconds.
- Breathe out and place the inhaler in your mouth. Tilt it slightly upwards toward the back of your throat.
- Press the canister down to release the mist as you breathe in deeply.
- Hold the mist in your lungs for 5 seconds after inhalation.
- Use up to 3 times per day. Do not exceed 4 uses at a time.
- Store at temperatures between 66-78° F (18-25° C).
- Best if used within six months after first use.
